RE: Anomalous Observations During Nelson Mandela Release

During routine monitoring of the Nelson Mandela Release situation, the following anomalies were recorded:

Electronic equipment spontaneously emitted a 440 Hz signal. The signal was not generated by any known component. It persisted for exactly 3.2 seconds.

Recommendation: Classify and suppress. Public knowledge of these anomalies would compromise operational security.
