ANOMALY DURING CONSTRUCTION:

Clouds overhead formed a symbol. Photographs confirm the formation. Meteorologists state the cloud pattern is ‘impossible under known atmospheric conditions.’

MATERIAL ANALYSIS:
– Concrete sample: Standard composition
– Rebar sample: Standard steel
– Anomalous inclusion: Microscopic symbol embedded in aggregate
– Symbol: Circle with three waves
– Symbol appears in 3.2% of all samples taken

Engineer’s Note: “The foundation is wrong. The building is wrong. Everything built on this site will be wrong. I am resigning.”
