Date: [Illegible], 1989
Location: [Coordinates redacted]

Observations:
– Weather: Unremarkable
– Terrain: Normal
– Anomalies: All timepieces at the scene stopped simultaneously. They stopped for 3.2 seconds. When they resumed, they showed different times. None showed the correct time.

Personal Note: I should not be recording this. But I must. Someone must know.
