TOTAL ECLIPSE DEFIES LOCAL TIMEKEEPERS
Citizens Perplexed as Shadows Behave Unpredictably

The solar eclipse predicted for yesterday afternoon produced results that have left the scientific community of Forsyth County in considerable consternation. While the astronomical calculations of the United States Naval Observatory proved accurate regarding the timing of first contact at 3:14 PM, observers at the Reynolds Observatory noted a troubling discrepancy.

“The shadow bands appeared to move in reverse,” reported Professor Aldridge. “And the temperature dropped not once but twiceโ€”first at the expected moment, then again 73 seconds later, as if the eclipse were repeating itself in some fashion.”

Most curious was the behavior of animals across the region. Livestock reportedly continued grazing during totality, showing none of the typical distress behaviors. Several witnesses claimed to see stars in the wrong positionsโ€”configurations that will not occur until the year 2024.

The path of the eclipse, had it continued westward instead of completing its arc southeast, would have intersected the Nevada desert at coordinates that correspond with [REDACTED BY THAERIS PROTOCOL].

Dr. Thorne marginalia: ‘The 2024 date mentioned coincides with the crossing of the eclipse path over the Nevada facility location. Temporal foresight or temporal echo?’
