ThAERIS Heavy Industries is pleased to announce Project LOOP, a community-driven initiative focused on the preservation and practical application of analog technologies.
In an era of increasing digital saturation, ThAERIS recognizes the unique value of analog systems — rotary telephones, VHS tape decks, CRT monitors, and early telecommunications equipment. These devices represent a form of technological heritage that deserves both preservation and continued use.
Project Objectives:
- Procurement and cataloging of functional analog equipment
- Community workshops on analog repair and maintenance
- Research into the electromagnetic properties of legacy hardware
- Documentation of analog communication protocols for archival purposes
Interested community members can participate by visiting our Columbia, Missouri facility at Artichoke Annie’s Antique Mall, Booth F6. Equipment donations are welcome. Cash reimbursement available for qualifying items.
