INTERNAL MEMORANDUM โ TEMPORAL COHERENCE DIVISION
Date: 2026-06-08
Source: Nevada Facility Review Board
Subject: POST-INCIDENT ANALYSIS โ SECTOR 7 TEMPORAL ANCHOR
Status of Anchor 7-Alpha
The temporal anchor in Sector 7 remains offline pending full coherence review. This memorandum summarizes findings to date regarding the event designated 3:14-ANOMALY-2026.
Expanded Findings
Since the initial incident report (see “They Are Already Counting,” dated 2026-06-02), the following additional data has been recovered:
1. The Recording
The linguistics team has completed preliminary analysis of the harmonized waveform (440Hz + 439.997Hz). Contrary to initial assessment, the voice is not speaking an unrecognized language. It is speaking English โ but at a speed and pitch that rendered it unrecognizable until slowed to 0.003% of normal playback speed.
The transcription, once decoded, reads as follows:
SEVEN IS NOT THE NUMBER YOU THINK. THREE FOURTEEN FIFTEEN IS WHERE THE ANCHOR SLIPS. CHECK THE WATCHES THAT DO NOT TICK. THE OPENING WILL OPEN BEFORE THE HOUSE OPENS. BRING NOTHING DIGITAL. BRING NOTHING THAT COUNTS IN TENS. THE GARDENERS ARE ALREADY PRESENT. THEY ARE MEASURING THE GAP.
2. The Contractor’s Timepiece
The confiscated wristwatch has been examined. It is a 1987 Bulova Accutron, factory standard, no modifications. The second hand continues to move counterclockwise at precisely 3.14 revolutions per minute. Attempts to open the case have failed โ the back panel registers a temperature of -3.2ยฐC regardless of ambient conditions and cannot be breached without risking structural damage.
3. Additional Temporal Displacement
Three additional timepieces within the Nevada facility have begun anomalous behavior:
- A wall clock in Sector 4 cafeteria stopped at 03:14 on June 4 and has not resumed.
- A digital timer in the QTCE lab displays only the sequence 440192, cycling endlessly.
- Dr. Thorne’s personal chronometer โ which was in his office in Columbia, Missouri, 1,400 miles from the Nevada facility โ began running backward at the same moment the Sector 7 anchor registered the anomaly.
Risk Assessment
The coherence review board has upgraded the event classification from Tier-2 Anomaly to Tier-3 Temporal Breach. The geographic scope of the effect exceeds initial estimates. The temporal range โ affecting a device in Missouri simultaneously with Nevada โ suggests the anomaly originated from neither location but rather propagated through both.
The reference to “the opening will open before the house opens” has been flagged for temporal correlation analysis. The June 15 Open House event was scheduled months prior to this incident. Whether the statement represents prediction, instruction, or something else entirely remains under review.
Current Action Items
- Sector 7 anchor remains offline indefinitely.
- All facility timepieces have been replaced with analog, non-digital units.
- The Columbia campus has been notified. Dr. Thorne has been placed on administrative observation.
- Open House preparations continue under modified security protocols.
Personnel Note
Dr. Thorne was interviewed on June 6 regarding the handwritten note found on the anchor housing. His statement:
“I understand the handwriting matches mine. I understand I was not in Nevada. I understand I do not remember writing it. What I am trying to understand is why, when I look at that note, I remember writing it next Tuesday.”
Dr. Thorne has requested leave. The request was approved.
